Wildcatz Indoor Sports Grand Final Promotion

Updated Terms and Conditions for Wildcatz Indoor Sports & Ninja Parc Promotion

1. Eligibility: This promotion is open to all customers of Wildcatz Indoor Sports and Ninja Parc who make a qualifying purchase. Employees of Wildcatz Indoor Sports, Ninja Parc, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Requirements:

   • To enter the draw, participants must spend a minimum of $10 or more in a single transaction at Wildcatz Indoor Sports or Ninja Parc between the 13th of August 2024 and the 26th of October 2024.

   • Game fee payments are excluded from this promotion.

   • For each qualifying transaction, participants will receive one entry ticket.

   • Participants must write their name clearly on the entry ticket before placing it into the designated barrel located at Wildcatz Indoor Sports.

3. Draw Details:

   • The draw will take place on finals day, October 26th, 2024, between 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM.

   • Participants must be present at the event to claim their prize. If a participant’s name is drawn and they are not present, another name will be drawn.

   • When a participant's name is drawn, they will have the opportunity to spin a prize wheel with all the available prizes listed.

   • The prize awarded will be determined by the section the prize wheel lands on.

     9. 2 x 1 Team Season Fee's for Wildcatz Indoor Sports

   • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

5. Conditions of Participation:

   • By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

   • Wildcatz Indoor Sports reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

   • Any disputes or situations not covered by these terms will be resolved at the sole discretion of Wildcatz Indoor Sports management.

6. General:

   • The promoter of this competition is Wildcatz Indoor Sports.

   • The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

   • Prizes must be claimed on the day of the draw. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternative winner will be selected.

7. Liability:

   • Wildcatz Indoor Sports accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury suffered by participants as a result of entering the promotion or accepting any prize.
