Terms and Conditions for Nominate a New Indoor Cricket or (Wednesday) Soccer Team Promotion
1. Promotion Period: This promotion is valid for indoor cricket and Wednesday soccer teams nominated to play on Wednesday or Thursday nights.
2. Eligibility: To be eligible for this promotion, participants must nominate a new indoor cricket or soccer team. Existing teams re-registering or changing names are not considered new and hence are not eligible.
3. Reward Structure:
- Teams that complete a minimum of 10 games and fulfill all financial obligations will receive a $200 voucher to spend at Molly Malone's.
- Teams that extend their participation to 20 games and remain financial will receive an additional $200 voucher, making a total of $400 to spend at Molly Malone's.
4. Financial Obligation: Being "financial" means that the team has paid all due fees, charges, and any other financial commitments to the league or facility hosting the games.
5. Previous Teams Financial Status: If any players are returning from previous teams, those teams must also have been financial (i.e., all dues and financial commitments fulfilled) for the new team to be eligible for the promotion.
6. Voucher Redemption:
- Vouchers will be issued to the team captain or nominated representative.
- Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Vouchers must be redeemed within the validity period specified on the voucher.
7. Game Count: A game is counted towards the promotion only if it is played to completion as per the official rules of the indoor cricket or soccer league.
8. General Conditions:
- The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion without prior notice in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
- By participating in this promotion, teams agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion will be resolved by the promoter, whose decision will be considered final and binding.
